“No Pain, More Gain” Can Be a Game Changer

When trying to relieve back pain, most of us follow the mantra: no pain, no gain: different modalities, many sessions, working as hard as possible... But our pain does not improve or even gets worse.  This persistent pain can reduce our confidence in healing and make us give up on efforts to reduce pain.
