Welcome to WaQi for Chronic Pain: Back Pain Relief Series

Master Yang recommends the following to prepare you for the program:

  • Online Zoom classes are held on Tuesdays 7-8 PM (ET)

  • We will send you a Zoom reminder approximately two hours before class

  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes/sneakers

  • Have a mat/blanket, chair and water available for class

  • Allow a large enough space to lie down for meditation and to do movements

  • Class recordings are usually available on the website 24-48 hours after class

  • Email your questions to us at support@waqi.health

  • Do not go beyond your limit.  Use moderation.

  • Use our nurturing approach when working in class and during your practice.
