Lodging and Meals

Lodging and meals are arranged through the Blowing Rock Conference Center, offering several options:

• Single Occupancy Lodge Room (including meals): $704.26

• Double Occupancy Lodge Room (including meals): $512.59 per person

• Cottage (including meals): $456.21 per person

• Meals Only (staying offsite): $208.16

Meals are buffet-style and accommodate special dietary needs. Reservations open March 15, 2026.

Transportation to Blowing Rock

Blowing Rock is approximately 2.5 hours from Charlotte Airport. You can:

1. Rent a Car: Directions available on the Blowing Rock Conference Center website.

2. Take the Hickory Hop Shuttle Service: Request direct drop-off at the conference center for an additional fee.

3. Reserve with EZ Shuttle or Ashe County Livery and Courier Service or High County Shuttle Services.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation by applicant before May 4, 2025: Refund minus $150 application fee.

• Cancellation by applicant between May 4 and May 25, 2025: 50% refund.

• Cancellation by applicant after May 25, 2025: No refund.

• Full refund if camp is canceled by WaQi.
