The Art of Balance & Pain Relief

WaQi for Back Pain continues in November with a new set of movements designed to relieve pain and enhance balance — both in the body and the mind.

Back pain and balance are closely connected. Chronic pain can limit movement and reduce stability, while poor balance increases the risk of injury and discomfort. This series focuses on gentle, research-validated practices to improve posture, core strength, body awareness, foot placement, sleep, and cognition — while also cultivating deep relaxation in both stillness and movement.

Movements draw from traditional Tai Chi & Qigong and have been validated in clinical studies on pain, balance, sleep, and cognitive function.
